Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date

Return Process:

  2. Our team will guide you on how to return the item. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

Exclusions:

  • Certain items such as customized lowrider bikes may not be eligible for return .
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
